Check your chest and shoulder measurements against the chart. If you're between sizes, size up. A binder that's too small, tight or restrictive isn't a better binder.

Are chest binders safe?
Binding is safest in a binder that fits. Keep it under 8 hours a day, never sleep in it, take at least one full rest day a week, and avoid swimming and contact sports while binding. If you notice pain, trouble breathing, numbness or lightheadedness, take it off and rest. Our how to bind safely guide has more.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping in Australia is $11.95, or free on orders over $120.
How long does delivery take?
We send orders with Australia Post Parcel Post. Once your order is posted, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within Queensland and 3 to 6 business days interstate, depending on where you are.
Can I get discreet packaging?
Yes. Just add a note to your order asking for discreet shipping.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout so you can split the cost into instalments.
Can I return or exchange my binder?
For hygiene reasons we don't offer change of mind returns, but you can exchange a binder for a different size or colour within 14 days. Trying it on is fine, as long as it's unwashed and in its original condition (exchange shipping is paid by you). If your binder arrives faulty or damaged, email us with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
