Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and personal fit), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit is important. If you need to exchange a product for a different size or colour, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we can only exchange items that are unworn and in their original condition.
Important Considerations:
- Chest binders and chest tape are personal hygiene items and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
- While we strive to provide accurate sizing information, please refer to our size guides carefully before placing your order.
